Although our team is small, it's exceptionally capable. We hold extensive certifications – including CCIE, and AWS Solutions Architect Professional. Our team members also hold MBAs, have completed advanced programs in adaptive leadership, and bring deep experience from working across diverse industries and organizations of all sizes.

Pawel started 20 years ago as a network engineer, quickly earning his CCIE and progressing through every technical role at GSI. Along the way, he took ownership of project management, customer success, and the entire delivery organization - ultimately assuming responsibility for the full services business, managing two P&Ls totaling over USD 29M and leading a team of more than 80 people.
Pawel has worked with the largest clients across all sectors, including classified agencies (security clearance), global enterprises (international delivery), the financial industry (regulatory compliance), and organizations of all sizes (agile projects).
